📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for several roles at a 3‑star hotel in Kannur. Positions include Tandoor Cook, Bar Captain, Bar Tender, Air‑Conditioner Technician, Restaurant Waiter, and Cleaning Staff. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Tandoor Cook: Prepare tandoor‑cooked breads, kebabs, and other items ensuring authentic taste and hygiene.
- Bar Captain: Oversee bar operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Bar Tender: Mix drinks, serve beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and attend to guest requests.
- Air‑Conditioner Technician: Perform routine checks, troubleshoot, and repair AC units across the hotel.
- Restaurant Waiter: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Cleaning Staff: Perform general housekeeping duties, maintain cleanliness in public areas, rooms, and service areas.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in the respective role (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam/Kannada preferred.
- For kitchen and bar roles: knowledge of hygiene standards and basic food safety.
- For technical role: basic understanding of electrical systems and HVAC.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
