📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
We are hiring immediate‑joiner staff for a 3‑star hotel in Rohru, Shimla. The roles include:
- Female Receptionist (Day Duty) – INR 16,000 per month
- Female Service Attendant – INR 13,000 per month
- Male Service Attendant – INR 13,000 per month
- Male Housekeeping Attendant – INR 14,000 per month
Employment is short‑term, running until 10 Oct 2026, with food, accommodation and 4 paid holidays each month provided.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Receptionist: greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, handle phone calls, maintain reservation logs, coordinate with housekeeping and service teams.
- Service Attendants: attend to guest requests in dining areas, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness of service stations, assist with room service orders.
- Housekeeping Attendants: clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas, change linens, replenish amenities, report maintenance issues, ensure hygiene standards.
- All Staff: adhere to hotel SOPs, maintain punctuality, wear prescribed uniform, cooperate with team members, follow safety and hygiene protocols.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in the respective role (reception, service, or housekeeping) preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English; friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work day shifts (Receptionist) and flexible timings for service/housekeeping.
- Physical stamina for housekeeping and service duties.
- Immediate availability is a must.
💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Salary: INR 13,000 – 16,000 per month (as per role).
- Duration: Temporary contract until 10 Oct 2026.
- Benefits: Free food, accommodation on‑site, 4 paid holidays each month.
- Shift: Day duty for receptionist; service and housekeeping shifts as per hotel operational needs.
