📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
We are urgently hiring for multiple entry‑level positions across several locations in North India. Roles include Runner/Service Boy, Waiter/Service Boy, Chinese Commis (1st, 2nd & 3rd), Continental Commis, and a specialized Chur Chur Naan Maker. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Runner / Service Boy: Assist kitchen staff with ingredient movement, maintain cleanliness of service areas, support order delivery.
- Waiter / Service Boy: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure table turnover and basic guest assistance.
- Chinese Commis (1st, 2nd, 3rd): Prepare mise‑en‑place for Chinese kitchen, execute basic stir‑fry, chop vegetables, assist senior chefs, maintain station hygiene.
- Continental Commis (3rd): Support preparation of continental dishes, handle salads, sauces, and plating under supervision.
- Chur Chur Naan Maker / Cook: Operate tandoor, prepare dough, shape and bake naan, maintain consistent quality and temperature control.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese or continental cooking techniques (for commis roles).
- Familiarity with tandoor operations and naan preparation (for Naan Maker).
- Good communication and a service‑oriented attitude for waiter/runner positions.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1‑2 years of experience are welcome.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Salary ranges:
- Runner / Service Boy: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
- Waiter / Service Boy: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
- Chinese 1st Commis: ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
- Chinese 2nd Commis: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
- Chinese Helper: ₹15,000 per month.
- Continental Commis (3rd): ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
- Chur Chur Naan Maker / Cook (Najafgarh, Delhi): ₹25,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
- Full‑time shifts, typically 8‑10 hours per day, with weekly offs as per local labor norms.
- On‑site meals may be provided depending on the location.
- Opportunity for skill development under experienced chefs.
