📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
We are partnering with a reputed hospitality brand that operates across Karnataka (Bangalore, Davanagere, Chennagiri). They are urgently looking for experienced professionals to fill a variety of full‑time roles ranging from restaurant and café management to front‑office and kitchen support.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Restaurant Manager / North Indian Restaurant Manager – Oversee daily floor operations, ensure service standards, manage staff rotas, handle guest relations, and drive revenue.
- F&B Controller – Monitor inventory, control costs, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Café Operations Manager – Manage café menu execution, maintain beverage quality, supervise barista staff, and ensure hygiene compliance.
- Front Office Manager / Front Office Executive / Receptionist – Greet guests, manage bookings, handle check‑in/out, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and resolve guest queries.
- Senior South Indian Chef – Lead the South Indian kitchen, design menu items, supervise junior cooks, maintain food safety standards.
- Captain – Direct floor service, coordinate with kitchen and wait staff, ensure timely order delivery, and uphold guest satisfaction.
- Cashier – Handle POS transactions, manage cash reconciliation, and provide accurate billing.
- Kitchen Helper – Assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, support chefs during service peaks.
- Security Guard – Ensure safety of premises, monitor entry points, and respond to incidents.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in the respective role (minimum 1‑3 years for supervisory positions).
- Strong knowledge of South Indian or North Indian cuisines for chef roles.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple locations.
- Preference for candidates who can specify their preferred location (Bangalore, Davanagere, or Chennagiri) and desired position in the application.
