🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and plate a wide variety of Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and consistent quality.
• Operate the tandoor oven to bake rotis, naans, and other breads while managing grill items.
• Execute Chinese recipes, including stir-fries, soups, and noodle dishes, with precise wok control.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and assist in procurement to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
