- Operate the tandoor oven to bake rotis, naans, and other breads while managing grill items.
- Execute Chinese recipes, including stir-fries, soups, and noodle dishes, with precise wok control.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and assist in procurement to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
