A high-end boutique hotel featuring fine-dining outlets, specialty coffee bars, and luxury banquet spaces is launching in Ulhasnagar (MMR Central Suburban Corridor) this October. We are assembling a founding team of 50+ elite hospitality professionals to build a premier destination from the ground up. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Food & Beverage Service: Manage restaurant and banquet operations, oversee floor staff, handle guest interactions, and ensure seamless service standards. Roles include Restaurant/Banquet Managers, Supervisors, Captains, Stewards, and Hosts.
• Culinary & Kitchen Brigade: Execute high-quality menus across Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines. Roles range from Executive Chef and Sous Chef to CDPs and Commis I-III, ensuring consistent plating and kitchen hygiene.
• Bar & Beverage: Craft signature cocktails and specialty coffee. Mixologists and Baristas will manage inventory, prepare beverages, and maintain bar aesthetics.
• Front Office & Housekeeping: Manage guest check-ins, lobby operations, and room/banquet cleaning. Ensure impeccable cleanliness and guest comfort across public areas and private rooms.
• Admin & Finance: Handle HR recruitment, accounts management, and store inventory to support smooth hotel operations.

• Experience: Open to entry-level trainees (0 years) through senior luxury hotel veterans (10+ years).
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; maximum 15-day notice period accepted.
• Location: Candidates based in Ulhasnagar, Kalyan, Ambarnath, Dombivli, Badlapur, Thane, Mulund, Ghatkopar, or along the Central Line corridor.
