📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Staffrex Global Technologies Private Limited is recruiting a complete operational team for a newly established café located on Bandar Road in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This is a ground-floor opportunity for hospitality professionals to join a fresh venture from day one. The role set includes leadership, culinary, front-of-house, technical, and support positions, all designed to build a cohesive service ecosystem. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Café & Operations Manager: Oversee daily café operations, manage staff scheduling, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain high service standards. Must hold or obtain FoSTaC certification before the opening date.
• Café Chef / Cook: Prepare and plate QSR-style items including burgers, pasta, pizza, fries, starters, and snacks. Maintain strict food hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen.
• Executive Host / Guest Experience Executive: Manage guest arrivals, handle inquiries with professionalism, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Strong guest-handling skills and professional grooming are essential.
• Food & Beverage Executive: Assist in F&B service, order taking, and table management. FoSTaC certification is mandatory before joining.
• Studio Host & Tech Executive: Coordinate studio hosting duties, assist guests, and manage basic audio/video equipment coordination for events or recordings.
• Housekeeping & Support Executive: Maintain overall café hygiene, perform deep cleaning tasks, and provide general support to operations staff.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: 2–3 years for Manager; 2–4 years for Chef; 1–3 years for Host/F&B; Freshers with excellent communication may be considered for Host roles.
• Certifications: FoSTaC certification is required for Manager and F&B Executive roles before joining. Food hygiene knowledge is critical for the Chef.
• Languages: Good Telugu and conversational English are required for front-of-house roles.
• Soft Skills: Customer-focused attitude, professional presentation, team orientation, and the ability to thrive in a new, fast-paced environment.
• Education: Hotel Management or Hospitality qualification is preferred for Manager and Host roles.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Café & Operations Manager: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
• Café Chef / Cook: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Executive Host: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
• Food & Beverage Executive: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
• Studio Host & Tech Executive: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
• Housekeeping & Support Executive: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
• Schedule: Full-time positions with immediate joining preferred for selected roles to align with the café's launch.
