📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Hotel Amarsar Palace in Jaipur is currently hiring for three key operational roles to support its daily guest services. The openings include a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, a Service Staff member for front-of-house duties, and a Kitchen Staff member to assist with back-of-house operations. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates looking to work in a hospitality environment with provided living arrangements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Chef (Indian Cuisine): Prepare and plate Indian dishes according to the hotel's menu standards. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and consistency in every order. Manage kitchen inventory and assist in menu planning as needed.
• Service Staff: Handle guest interactions, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain table settings. Ensure a pleasant dining experience and assist guests with any queries during their stay.
• Kitchen Staff: Support the kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning, and organization. Assist the chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and managing waste disposal.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Chef: Proven experience in Indian cooking, knowledge of local and regional dishes, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Service Staff: Good communication skills, polite demeanor, and experience in restaurant or hotel service. Ability to multitask and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Kitchen Staff: Basic cooking knowledge, physical stamina for standing long hours, and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness.
• All candidates should be willing to work in a team environment and adhere to hotel policies and schedules.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Chef: ₹25,000 per month.
• Service Staff: ₹14,000 per month.
• Kitchen Staff: ₹13,000 per month.
• Perks: Food and accommodation are provided by the hotel, reducing living expenses for staff. Work schedule is full-time, with shifts likely rotating to cover all operating hours of the hotel.
