📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are seeking experienced Chinese kitchen staff for a restaurant in Rajkot. Open roles include:

• Chef de Partie (CDP) – responsible for a specific Chinese station.
• 1st Commis – assists the chef and handles prep and service tasks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Manage and execute Chinese dishes such as stir‑fries, sauces, dim‑sum, and specialty items.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Prepare mise en place, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of ingredients.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with senior chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a Chef de Partie or 1st Commis capacity.
• Strong knowledge of wok techniques, knife skills, and Chinese flavor profiles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
