We are expanding our cloud kitchen operations in the Sonarpur/Garia area of Kolkata and require a skilled Cook to join our team. This is a full-time role focused on high-volume preparation of Chinese cuisine and specialized fried items. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-sufficient, and committed to maintaining strict hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Execute the preparation of specific fried items, including Fish fry, Fish finger, Chicken lollipop, and Kabiraji, ensuring consistent texture and taste.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle food presentation and plating to ensure an appealing final product for delivery orders.
• Work independently to manage cooking tasks without constant supervision, ensuring timely order completion.
