📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are hiring two Commis cooks (Level 1 and Level 2) to join our kitchen team in Thevally, Kollam. This is a full-time role for candidates who can handle all-round kitchen duties. The position offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹27,000 per month, along with free food and accommodation, making it a stable opportunity for those looking to settle in the Kollam area.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the kitchen menu and standards.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including prep work, plating, and service support.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the head chef.
• Work efficiently during peak service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience as a Commis 1 or Commis 2 cook in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work as an all-rounder, handling multiple sections of the kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with a 4-day off cycle.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
