We are hiring two Commis cooks (Level 1 and Level 2) to join our kitchen team in Thevally, Kollam. This is a full-time role for candidates who can handle all-round kitchen duties. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the kitchen menu and standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including prep work, plating, and service support.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the head chef.
- Work efficiently during peak service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.

- Proven experience as a Commis 1 or Commis 2 cook in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work as an all-rounder, handling multiple sections of the kitchen.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
