🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Front Office Managers (2 Positions)*
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Handle billing, reservations, and any guest complaints or special requests.
- Housekeeping Staff (2 Positions)*
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring they meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and corridors.
- Ensure timely room turnover to support front office operations.
- Kitchen Helper (1 Position)*
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Support chefs and cooks during peak hours to ensure smooth service.
