🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Kitchen Support: Assist the cooking staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing vegetables, chopping ingredients, and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. This includes mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and taking out garbage.
- Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize all utensils, plates, and cooking equipment after meals to ensure they are ready for the next service.
- Inventory Check: Keep an eye on stock levels of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen items, reporting shortages to the manager.
- Immediate Response: Be available to handle urgent cleaning or kitchen tasks as they arise during peak hours.
