📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

A boutique restaurant in Thevally, Kollam is currently hiring dedicated kitchen staff to support daily operations. We are looking for two Commis (1/2) who can handle all-round kitchen duties and two Kitchen Helpers to assist with prep and maintenance. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable work schedule and free accommodation provided.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Commis 1/2: Assist the head chef in food preparation, maintain station cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure smooth kitchen workflow. Must be comfortable with all-round kitchen tasks.
• Kitchen Helper: Support the kitchen team with basic prep work, washing utensils, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting senior staff as needed.
• Both roles require a strong focus on cleanliness, teamwork, and timely execution of tasks.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not mandatory for Kitchen Helpers.
• Commis candidates should have basic cooking knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work 10-hour shifts with 4 days off per month.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: Commis 1/2: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month. Kitchen Helper: ₹17,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Free food and accommodation provided.
• Work Schedule: 10-hour duty shifts with 4 days off per month.
