Prime Rose Restaurant is expanding its team and seeking experienced professionals to join our kitchen and service departments. We are looking for a strong mix of culinary talent and front-of-house staff to maintain our high standards. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate openings for multiple roles, offering a stable career path within a professional hospitality environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Continental CDP (1 Opening): Lead the preparation of Continental dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Manage the section with 10 years of experience, overseeing quality control and mentoring junior staff.
• Continental Commis (3 Openings): Assist in the preparation of Continental menu items. Handle basic cooking tasks, plating, and kitchen hygiene under the supervision of senior chefs. Requires 5 years of experience.
• Pan Asian Commis (1 Opening): Prepare Pan Asian dishes with precision. Maintain station cleanliness and assist in the execution of complex Asian recipes. Requires 5 years of experience.
• Steward (1 Opening): Manage the dishwashing and kitchen cleaning operations. Ensure all utensils, equipment, and surfaces are sanitized and ready for service. Requires 3 years of experience.
• Captain (1 Opening): Oversee table service, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction. Handle billing, complaints, and team coordination on the floor. Requires 5 years of experience.
• Utility & Housekeeping Staff (4 Openings): Perform general cleaning duties, maintain restroom hygiene, and assist in overall facility upkeep. Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Culinary Roles: Proven expertise in Continental and Pan Asian cuisines. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, knife skills, and plating aesthetics. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Service Roles: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest interactions professionally. Captains should have strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Housekeeping/Utility: Physical stamina, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
