Thoms Bakery & Supermarket in Central Bangalore is seeking a skilled Continental Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a full-time role for a professional who understands the nuances of Western-style cooking and can maintain high standards of taste and presentation in a busy bakery and supermarket environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and plate Continental dishes including pasta, burgers, sandwiches, starters, mains, and salads with consistent quality.
• Manage portion control to ensure cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Focus on visual presentation to meet the aesthetic standards of a premium retail and food service establishment.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety protocols at all times.
• Ensure consistency in taste across all shifts and menu items.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Strong, hands-on experience in Continental cuisine.
• Proficiency in preparing pasta, burgers, and sandwiches.
• Solid knowledge of Continental starters, mains, sauces, and salads.
• Good understanding of food preparation techniques, portion control, and plating.
• Prior experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
