• Role: Continental & Chinese Commis (Commis‑1 & 2)

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Assist senior chefs in preparing Continental and Chinese dishes.
• Perform mise en place, chopping, washing, and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support plating and garnish for orders.
• Help with inventory checks and stock rotation.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Basic knowledge of Continental and Chinese cuisine preparation.
• Ability to work as Commis‑1 or Commis‑2 (entry‑level kitchen helper).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good stamina for a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
