We are seeking a dedicated Continental Commis II to join our kitchen team in Kannur. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and assist in the execution of continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized.
• Assist senior chefs in mise en place, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Ensure timely preparation of dishes to meet service deadlines and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
