🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare various types of dosas (Masala, Plain, Mysore, etc.) to high standards of taste and presentation.
• Manage the batter preparation, fermentation, and maintenance to ensure consistent quality throughout the day.
• Handle high-volume orders efficiently during peak breakfast and lunch hours.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen area, specifically focusing on the dosa station.
• Ensure all food items are prepared using only pure vegetarian ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials like rice, lentils, and spices.

• Experience: Must be well-experienced in making dosas; entry-level candidates will not be considered.
