This is a hands-on role for a cook who specializes in authentic, high-quality biryani preparation. The position is immediate and requires someone who can hit the ground running with proven expertise in this specific dish.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare authentic and flavorful biryani according to the shop's established recipes and customer expectations.
• Handle the complete cooking process, including meat marination, rice preparation, and layering techniques.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Manage inventory of key ingredients like rice, meat, and spices to ensure consistency in taste.
• Assist in kitchen cleanup and organization at the end of each shift.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven expertise in making Biryani (Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, or local style preferred).
• Strong understanding of spice ratios and cooking times to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred due to the urgent nature of the requirement.
