🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Prepare authentic and flavorful biryani according to the shop's established recipes and customer expectations.
- Handle the complete cooking process, including meat marination, rice preparation, and layering techniques.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen area.
- Manage inventory of key ingredients like rice, meat, and spices to ensure consistency in taste.
- Assist in kitchen cleanup and organization at the end of each shift.

- Proven expertise in making Biryani (Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, or local style preferred).
