Hotel Indradhar in Dharamshala is currently expanding its team and seeking dedicated professionals for two distinct operational roles: Front Office Staff and Utensil Cleaner. Located opposite the Lower TCV School, the hotel offers a stable work environment for candidates looking to build a career in hospitality or maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For Front Office Staff:*
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and billing with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest occupancy and room status.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest comfort.
• Resolve minor guest complaints promptly and escalate serious issues to management.

• For Utensil Cleaner:*
• Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cutlery, and serving equipment after each meal service.
• Ensure all items are dried properly and stored in designated areas to prevent contamination.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Report any damaged or broken utensils to the kitchen supervisor for replacement.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Front Office: Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills in English and Hindi, and a polite demeanor. Experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory for freshers with strong aptitude.
• Utensil Cleaner: Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and a strong sense of hygiene. Prior experience in kitchen cleaning or dishwashing is an advantage.
• Both roles require immediate availability and a willingness to work in shifts as per hotel requirements.
