• Handle guest complaints and feedback proactively to maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage budgeting for various departments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and corporate clients.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems.
