We are launching a brand‑new coffee destination at AIPL Joy Street, Gurgaon. The venture is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the following roles:

• Head Barista
• Assistant Barista
• DCDP (Chef de Partie)
• Commis 1
• All‑Rounder (kitchen & floor support)

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Head Barista*
• Lead the coffee bar, ensure consistent beverage quality.
• Train and mentor junior baristas.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies.
• Maintain equipment hygiene and perform routine checks.

• Assistant Barista*
• Prepare espresso‑based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages.
• Support the Head Barista in daily operations and customer service.
• Keep the service area clean and organized.

• DCDP (Chef de Partie)*
• Oversee a designated kitchen station, preparing hot and cold items.
• Ensure food safety standards and timely service.
• Coordinate with the barista team for seamless food‑beverage pairing.

• Commis 1*
• Assist the DCDP with basic prep work, chopping, and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen workspace.
• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.

• All‑Rounder*
• Provide flexible support across the coffee bar and kitchen.
• Handle dishwashing, stock replenishment, and floor upkeep.
• Step in wherever the team needs extra hands during peak hours.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art (for barista roles).
• Basic culinary knowledge and ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen (for DCDP/Commis).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain cleanliness, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
