The Numberdaars Restaurant & Banquets in Agra is expanding its culinary and service teams. We are seeking experienced professionals to fill key roles in the kitchen and front-of-house. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Kitchen Roles:*
• Head Chef: Oversee daily kitchen operations, menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance. Lead the team to ensure consistent output for both dine-in and banquet events.
• Chinese CDP (Experienced): Execute high-volume Chinese dishes with precision. Manage the wok station and ensure flavor consistency across all orders.
• Indian CDP (Experienced): Handle the preparation of North Indian and regional dishes. Supervise junior staff and maintain hygiene standards in the Indian section.
• Commis 1 & 2 (Chinese): Assist senior chefs in prep work, plating, and station maintenance. Learn and execute specific Chinese cooking techniques under supervision.

• Service Roles:*
• Experienced Captain: Manage table assignments, coordinate with the kitchen for order timing, and handle guest queries. Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours and large banquet functions.

• Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in Chinese and Indian cuisines is mandatory for kitchen roles. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in specific regional dishes.

• Experience Level: Senior roles (Head Chef, CDPs, Captain) require significant prior experience. Commis roles are open to those with foundational skills.
