🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare fresh, nutritious healthy bowls using seasonal vegetables, grains, and proteins according to standardized recipes.
• Blend and prepare a variety of smoothies, ensuring correct texture, taste, and nutritional balance.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen area, especially for raw produce handling.
• Manage inventory of fresh ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness for every order.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.
• Keep the preparation area clean and organized throughout the shift to maintain operational efficiency.
