- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen area, especially for raw produce handling.
- Manage inventory of fresh ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness for every order.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.
- Keep the preparation area clean and organized throughout the shift to maintain operational efficiency.
