📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are urgently hiring for a range of hospitality positions across two locations in Karnataka – Chennagiri (Davangere district) and Bangalore. Roles include:

• South Indian Chef
• North Indian & Chinese Chef
• Juice Master
• Chaat Master
• Cashier (Kannada speaking)
• General Room Executive (Male)
• Front Office Executive (Male)
• Kitchen Helper
• Restaurant Manager
• Continental Chef de Partie / Commis I
• Barista
• Café Helper

All candidates should be ready to join immediately and are expected to contribute to a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• South Indian Chef: Prepare authentic dosas, idlis, vadas, and regional specialties; maintain hygiene and portion control.
• North Indian & Chinese Chef: Execute tandoori, curries, stir‑fries, and noodle dishes; manage spice inventory.
• Juice Master: Fresh‑fruit and vegetable juice preparation, recipe standardisation, equipment cleaning.
• Chaat Master: Assemble street‑food chaat items, ensure crispness and balanced flavours.
• Cashier (Kannada Speaking): Handle POS transactions, reconcile daily sales, provide courteous guest service in Kannada.
• General Room Executive (GRE): Assist with room service coordination, guest queries, and basic front‑desk duties.
• Front Office Executive: Manage check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and guest communications.
• Kitchen Helper / Café Helper: Support chefs with ingredient prep, station cleaning, and basic plating.
• Restaurant Manager: Oversee floor operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
• Continental DCDP / Commis I: Prepare salads, sandwiches, pastries; assist senior chefs.
• Barista: Brew espresso, manage coffee station, maintain equipment, and serve beverages.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in the listed cuisines or beverage preparation.
• Ability to speak Kannada fluently (mandatory for cashier role).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work in a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Male candidates preferred for GRE and Front Office roles as specified.
