🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian Chef – DCDP: Plan and execute Indian menu items, maintain recipe standards, supervise junior cooks, ensure hygiene and timely service.
• Kitchen Steward (KST): Prepare ingredients, assist chefs with cooking stations, maintain cleanliness of work‑stations, manage waste, support plating.
• Steward: Handle bar area, maintain liquor inventory, serve drinks with proper knowledge of cocktails and spirits, keep service area spotless.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in Indian cuisine (for Chef role).
• Strong cooking fundamentals and ability to work under pressure (for KST).
• Good knowledge of liquor varieties, cocktail preparation, and responsible service (for Steward).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Relevant experience preferred across all positions.
