📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking two dedicated professionals to join our team in Madhya Pradesh: one skilled Indian Chef and one attentive Waiter. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute to a smooth and efficient food service operation. The roles are distinct but complementary, requiring a balance of culinary expertise and front-of-house hospitality.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For the Indian Chef:*
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
• Manage kitchen hygiene, ingredient storage, and daily inventory checks.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain cost efficiency.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new items based on local preferences.

• For the Waiter:*
• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Handle customer queries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and the dining area throughout the shift.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Chef: Proven experience in Indian cuisine (North or South Indian preferred). Knowledge of local Madhya Pradesh dishes is a plus. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Waiter: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in restaurants or cafes is desirable.
• Both roles require immediate joiners who can start as soon as possible.
