We are currently seeking two dedicated professionals to join our team in Madhya Pradesh: one skilled Indian Chef and one attentive Waiter. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- For the Indian Chef:*
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Manage kitchen hygiene, ingredient storage, and daily inventory checks.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain cost efficiency.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new items based on local preferences.
- For the Waiter:*
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle customer queries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and the dining area throughout the shift.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Chef: Proven experience in Indian cuisine (North or South Indian preferred). Knowledge of local Madhya Pradesh dishes is a plus. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Waiter: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in restaurants or cafes is desirable.
- Both roles require immediate joiners who can start as soon as possible.
