🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and service zones.
- Efficiently wash, dry, and store all glassware, cutlery, and crockery to ensure they are spotless for service.
- Clear tables and reset service areas promptly during peak night hours.
- Manage waste disposal and keep the work area organized and safe.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks or inventory checks as required.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience in stewarding or kitchen utility roles, preferably in high-volume restaurants or nightlife venues.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts with high energy and focus.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Base Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
