🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare authentic Delhi-style Chole Bhature with consistent quality and presentation.
• Master the art of making Chur Chur Naan in the tandoor, ensuring the correct texture and flavor profile.
• Manage daily tandoor operations, including dough preparation, baking, and maintenance of the tandoor oven.
• Execute a wide variety of North Indian dishes according to established recipes and customer expectations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen and tandoor area.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure timely preparation of ingredients for peak service hours.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven expertise in Delhi-style Chole Bhature and Chur Chur Naan.
• Strong command over North Indian cuisine, including gravies, curries, and breads.
• Hands-on experience with tandoor baking and dough handling.
