- Prepare authentic Delhi-style Chole Bhature with consistent quality and presentation.
- Master the art of making Chur Chur Naan in the tandoor, ensuring the correct texture and flavor profile.
- Manage daily tandoor operations, including dough preparation, baking, and maintenance of the tandoor oven.
- Execute a wide variety of North Indian dishes according to established recipes and customer expectations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen and tandoor area.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure timely preparation of ingredients for peak service hours.

- Strong command over North Indian cuisine, including gravies, curries, and breads.
