🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Tandoori & Indian All-Rounder Chef:*
- Prepare and execute high-quality Tandoori dishes and a wide variety of Indian regional cuisines.
- Manage kitchen hygiene, inventory, and food safety standards.
- Oversee the preparation of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality control for all served items.
- Kitchen Helper:*
- Assist the head chef and line cooks in ingredient preparation, chopping, and cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including utensils and workstations.
- Support in loading and unloading supplies as required.
- Service Waiter (Male & Female):*
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain table settings and ensure dining areas are clean and presentable.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent in-house service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
