🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Bengali Chef (1 Position)*
- Prepare authentic Bengali dishes including fish curries, vegetable preparations, and traditional sweets or snacks as per the menu.
- Manage kitchen hygiene, inventory of raw materials, and portion control to minimize waste.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and consistent quality.
- Housekeeping / KST (4 Positions)*
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Ensure all assigned areas are spotless and ready for inspection or guest arrival.
- Stewards (4 Positions)*
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and glassware after each service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floor, sinks, and storage areas.
- Assist in the unloading of supplies and proper storage of cleaned items.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Chef: Proven expertise in Bengali cuisine is mandatory. Experience in a similar high-volume or hotel environment is preferred. Immediate availability is highly valued.
- Housekeeping: Strong attention to detail, physical stamina for standing and bending, and a clean personal appearance. Experience in hotel or resort housekeeping is a plus.
- Stewards: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, knowledge of chemical safety for cleaning agents, and reliability.
