An urgent opening is available for energetic and experienced food preparation staff at a local outlet in Alappuzha. The role focuses on two specific stations: Juice Master and Burger Master. This is a hands-on position requiring quick reflexes, consistency in taste, and the ability to handle high-volume orders during peak hours. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Juice Station: Prepare fresh fruit and vegetable juices according to standard recipes. Ensure proper blending, straining, and garnishing. Maintain strict hygiene protocols for fruit handling and storage.
• Burger Station: Assemble burgers with precision, ensuring correct layering of ingredients, buns, and sauces. Monitor grill times to ensure patties are cooked to the required temperature and texture.
• Station Maintenance: Keep work surfaces, equipment (blenders, grills, fryers), and utensils clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials (fruits, buns, patties, sauces) and report shortages to management to prevent service disruptions.
• Customer Interaction: Serve orders promptly and courteously, addressing any immediate customer queries regarding preparation or customization.

• Experience: Prior experience in a fast-food or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment is mandatory. Specific proficiency in juice blending and burger assembly is required.
