🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with ingredient preparation, chopping, and portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and floor areas throughout the shift.
• Help in loading and unloading supplies, ensuring proper storage.
• Support in basic cooking tasks such as stirring, plating, and garnishing under supervision.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and follow hygiene protocols.
• Report any equipment issues or stock shortages to the supervisor promptly.
