📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

• Two openings: Kitchen Helper (2 positions) and Porotta & Chainees Master (1 position) at a food service unit in Muvattupuzha.
• Salary: Kitchen Helper ₹15,000‑₹18,000 per month; Porotta & Chainees Master ₹20,000‑₹24,000 per month.
• 12‑hour shifts with free food and accommodation provided.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Kitchen Helper:
• Assist senior cooks with ingredient preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Clean and organize workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
• Maintain hygiene standards and support plating and service.
• Help with inventory checks and basic stock handling.
• Porotta & Chainees Master:
• Prepare porotta dough, roll, and cook to consistent quality.
• Make chainees (fried snack) ensuring proper seasoning and texture.
• Oversee the preparation line, train helpers, and ensure timely output.
• Monitor portion control, waste, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Basic kitchen hygiene and safety awareness.
• Proven experience in South Indian snack preparation, especially porotta and chainees.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and stay on‑site.
