We are urgently seeking a versatile and experienced Chef capable of handling multiple cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Tandoor. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and execute dishes across Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Tandoor sections according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of all menu items.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary ingredients to prevent shortages.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure uniformity in taste and presentation.
• Handle tandoor operations efficiently, ensuring proper temperature control and timely service of breads and grilled items.

• Proven experience in preparing Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines.
• Strong proficiency in Tandoor cooking, including rotis, naans, and grilled meats/vegetables.
