🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Smash Guys: Prepare signature smash burgers with precision, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and hygiene standards in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Stewards & Sr. Stewards: Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards in dining areas and kitchens, manage waste disposal, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for service.
• Supervisors & Floor Managers: Oversee daily floor operations, manage customer flow, resolve guest complaints, and lead the service team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Order Takers & Sr. Order Takers: Handle customer orders accurately via counter or phone, manage POS systems, and ensure timely handover to the kitchen.
• Restaurant General Manager: Full P&L responsibility, staff scheduling, inventory management, vendor relations, and driving overall business growth for the outlet.
