šÆ Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Smash Guys: Prepare signature smash burgers with precision, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and hygiene standards in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Stewards & Sr. Stewards: Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards in dining areas and kitchens, manage waste disposal, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for service.
- Supervisors & Floor Managers: Oversee daily floor operations, manage customer flow, resolve guest complaints, and lead the service team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Order Takers & Sr. Order Takers: Handle customer orders accurately via counter or phone, manage POS systems, and ensure timely handover to the kitchen.
- Restaurant General Manager: Full P&L responsibility, staff scheduling, inventory management, vendor relations, and driving overall business growth for the outlet.
š Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Freshers: Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to work in shifts. No prior experience required for entry-level roles like Steward or Order Taker.
- Experienced Candidates: Proven track record in QSR or fast-food environments. Specific expertise in burger preparation for Smash Guys and floor management for Supervisors/Managers.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
