🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Continental Commis (Level 1 & 2)*
• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing Continental and Italian dishes.
• Handle basic cooking tasks such as chopping, sautéing, and plating under supervision.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Level 1 candidates will focus on prep work and basic execution, while Level 2 candidates may handle more complex cooking tasks.

• Cleaning Staff*
• Perform daily cleaning duties in dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Ensure floors, tables, and surfaces are sanitized and spotless.
• Manage waste disposal and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests.

• Barista*
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
