A new sweets and restaurant establishment is launching in Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad, and is urgently hiring across all operational departments. This is a ground-floor opportunity for professionals and freshers to join a growing brand from day one. The opening covers a wide spectrum of roles, from senior management and specialized chefs to front-of-house service and back-of-house support staff.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Management & Operations: The General Manager will oversee daily P&L, staff scheduling, and vendor relations. The Store Keeper must manage inventory, stock audits, and supply chain logistics.
• Culinary Team:
• Indian & Regional Chefs: Prepare authentic North Indian, South Indian, and specific regional dishes like Chole Bhature.
• Tandoor & Bakery: Manage tandoor operations for rotis/naans and handle bakery items including breads and pastries.
• Specialty Counters: Dedicated chefs for Chinese, Continental, and Chaat counters to ensure speed and consistency.
• Sweet Counter: Staff to manage the mithai section, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards.
• Front of House: Captains and Cash Counter staff will handle guest interactions, table assignments, and billing accuracy.
• Support Staff: Kitchen Helpers, Stewards, and Housekeeping Boys will maintain kitchen hygiene, dishwashing, and general cleanliness.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Chefs: Proven experience in specific cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian). Tandoor and Bakery roles require specialized technical skills.
• Management: Strong leadership, inventory control, and financial acumen for GM and Store Keeper roles.
• Service: Excellent communication skills, grooming standards, and ability to handle high-volume customer traffic for Captains and Cashiers.
• Support: Physical stamina for kitchen helpers and housekeeping staff; attention to detail for stewards.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary Range: Salaries vary by role, ranging from ₹14,000 for Kitchen Helpers to ₹35,000 for the General Manager.
