🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Management & Operations: The General Manager will oversee daily P&L, staff scheduling, and vendor relations. The Store Keeper must manage inventory, stock audits, and supply chain logistics.
- Culinary Team:
- Indian & Regional Chefs: Prepare authentic North Indian, South Indian, and specific regional dishes like Chole Bhature.
- Tandoor & Bakery: Manage tandoor operations for rotis/naans and handle bakery items including breads and pastries.
- Specialty Counters: Dedicated chefs for Chinese, Continental, and Chaat counters to ensure speed and consistency.
- Sweet Counter: Staff to manage the mithai section, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards.
- Front of House: Captains and Cash Counter staff will handle guest interactions, table assignments, and billing accuracy.
- Support Staff: Kitchen Helpers, Stewards, and Housekeeping Boys will maintain kitchen hygiene, dishwashing, and general cleanliness.

- Chefs: Proven experience in specific cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian). Tandoor and Bakery roles require specialized technical skills.
