🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and service zones.
• Efficiently wash, dry, and store all glassware, cutlery, and crockery to ensure they are spotless for service.
• Clear tables and reset service areas promptly during peak night hours.
• Manage waste disposal and keep the work area organized and safe.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks or inventory checks as required.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in stewarding or kitchen utility roles, preferably in high-volume restaurants or nightlife venues.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts with high energy and focus.
• Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and presentation.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred due to limited vacancies.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Base Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
