Kwality Group is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead their Outdoor Catering (ODC) division. This role is central to the company's growth, requiring a professional who can oversee the entire lifecycle of catering events, from initial client engagement to final execution and cleanup. The position is based in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi, and demands a candidate with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in hospitality or catering operations. A background in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred, ensuring the candidate understands the nuances of high-volume food service and client satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

The Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for operational excellence across all ODC projects. Your daily focus will include:

• End-to-End Event Management: Orchestrating the complete workflow of outdoor catering events, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, logistics, and floor staff.
• Manpower & Team Leadership: Planning staffing requirements for each event, managing shifts, and leading the team to maintain high service standards under pressure.
• Client & Venue Liaison: Acting as the bridge between the client and the venue, addressing specific requirements, dietary preferences, and logistical constraints to ensure smooth execution.
• Logistics & Supply Chain: Overseeing the transportation of equipment, raw materials, and finished goods, ensuring timely arrival and proper setup at event sites.
• Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitoring operational costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing resource allocation to maintain healthy profit margins without compromising quality.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and service etiquette to uphold the brand’s reputation.

• Experience: Minimum 6–10 years in Outdoor Catering, Event Operations, or Hospitality Management.
