Gold Resorts in Rishikesh is seeking a seasoned Property Operations Manager to take full ownership of the resort’s daily functioning. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be the single point of contact for operational excellence, bridging the gap between management goals and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional who thrives in independent decision-making and is committed to maintaining high service standards while ensuring profitability.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of daily resort operations, ensuring smooth workflows across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments.
• Team Leadership: Direct and motivate staff, enforce SOPs and KRAs, and maintain strict staff discipline to ensure consistent performance.
• Guest Experience: Handle guest complaints professionally, monitor reviews, and implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction scores.
• Revenue & Inventory: Coordinate with OTA platforms for bookings, manage room occupancy rates, and oversee inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures.
• Vendor & Management Liaison: Maintain strong coordination with local suppliers, vendors, and upper management to ensure timely resource availability and strategic alignment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs, analyze occupancy trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resort performance.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Hotel or Resort Operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in OTA platforms, booking systems, and revenue coordination tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership: Proven ability to handle teams independently and manage cross-functional departments.
• Operational Acumen: Deep understanding of SOPs, cost control, and inventory management.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
